Dr. Kirk spent 33 years  teaching, training, and coaching before retiring as Professor Emeritus of Management.  She has published a number of articles on the topics of leadership, employment law and social media marketing. She was CEO of a small international publishing company from 2005-2015. 

Dr. Kirk is currently providing consulting services for Tiberius Security  and speaks English, Italian and Spanish .

Mr. Maher's  career spans over 30 years of managing electronic  processing services industries at the Director​, Senior Vice President, President and COO levels.  After leaving the corporate world, he has provided consulting services to private companies including sales initiatives, strategic planning and acting as interim CEO to an international company.  From 2006 to 2016 Mr. Maher was an owner and board member of a electronics manufacturing firm with distribution into 48 countries.

Mr. Maher provides consulting services in various areas including management, the providing of electronic services, and infrastructure development.
